The PGA Championship Official Store is committed to providing golf fans with high-quality merchandise, allowing returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all official tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Prepaid Shipping Label

  After selecting your return reason, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be issued to your original form of payment.
